Description:
Large,
upright, fast growing deciduous shrub with 3 or 5-lobed palmate leaves.
Clusters of large bowl shaped blue-mauve flowers.
Cultivation:
Warm,
sheltered, sunny position and moderately fertile, well drained soil. Needs a
mild climate or protection from frosts.
Pinching
back shoots will encourage branching and increase flower production. Cut back
long stems in spring, as necessary.
